Changes to the definition of Domestic Large Package Surcharge and Additional Handling Charge that were originally scheduled for December 22, 2025, have been postponed until January 26, 2026.

The previously announced update regarding how KITT Livraison Express determines package dimensions for assessing applicable charges remains in effect, and all other updates remain scheduled as communicated on kittlivraison.com/rates.

Effective September 21, 2025, KITT Livraison Express will implement the following change to its U.S. Export and Import Paper Commercial Invoice Services:

A $25.00 per shipment fee will apply when the commercial invoice is not submitted digitally through KITT Paperless Invoice Services prior to processing by KITT Livraison Express.

Surge Fees will apply to certain shipments effective October 28, 2025.

Updated Demand Surcharge details are now available for review, including revised surcharge rates applicable to select domestic shipments, effective September 28, 2025.

Effective August 29, 2025, KITT Livraison Express will revise the Entry Preparation Charge for specific KITT Standard shipments from Canada.

Additionally, beginning September 8, 2025, an International Processing Fee will apply to certain U.S. import shipments.
